Joseph B. Jerome is a 1975 cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science/Marketing in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1972.
His primary areas of emphasis with the firm are in construction and environmental law counseling, litigation and alternative dispute resolution; commercial and real estate law transactional and litigation matters; general outside counsel services for small and medium Northern Ohio companies; and general corporate, LLC and business counseling and planning.
Mr. Jerome is a Commercial and Construction Arbitrator and Mediator assigned to hear matters referred to him by the American Arbitration Association. He is also a member of the Large Complex Case Panel limited to approximately 700 arbitrators worldwide selected to serve on 3 member panels as to cases exceeding $1 million in dispute. He is on the Arbitrator and Mediator Panel of the U.S. District Court, Northern Division of Ohio and various Courts of Common Pleas as a specially-selected business mediator and arbitrator. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Northern Division; the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. Tax Court; and all local and state courts of Ohio. Mr. Jerome has also appeared pro hac vice before other out-of-state courts and regulatory bodies.
He is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education courses with emphasis on real estate, environmental and construction matters. He has been named a Cleveland Super Lawyer for 2019 and 2020. He serves on the Executive Committees of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association and the West Shore Bar Association.
John D. Grauer, Esq.

John D. Grauer is a graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and from Denison University, magna cum laude.
His primary practice areas are business counseling, real estate, construction, civil litigation, arbitration, estate planning and probate.
John is both a zealous advocate for his clients and solution-oriented. He has extensive experience in the court room and also with alternative dispute resolution.
John serves on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumni Association and is an active member of the West Shore Bar Association and Justinian Forum.
John also enjoys presenting continuing legal education classes with an emphasis on real estate and construction topics.
Aside from work, John is passionate about Cleveland sports teams, live music and traveling with his wife, Kathryn.
Anthony D'Attoma

Anthony D’Attoma graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2018. He received his undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2012 where he was a member of the men’s baseball team.
He joins the firm with experience in the areas of real estate, corporate law, estate planning, and civil litigation. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys working on his golf game and following the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
Debbie L. Price
Legal Assistant/Office Manager
Debbie Price, paralegal and office manager of Jerome, Grauer and Associates Ltd., has been a legal assistant for 35 years and has worked with a variety of attorneys specializing in different areas of law in law firms of all sizes in the Cleveland area.
Debbie is involved with the day-to-day work for the firm, which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, drafting and editing of legal documents, court filings, special projects and administrative duties. She is also a Notary Public.
